The hockey world lost one of its best on Saturday as the Ottawa Senators announced the passing of former general manager and coach Bryan Murray.
Team owner Eugene Melnyk and NHL commissioner Gary Bettman were the first to offer their condolences to Murray’s family, but it didn’t take long for the rest of the hockey community, including many current and former Senators players, to do so as well:
thoughts & prayers are w/ the Murray family. I am forever grateful for the opportunity Bryan gave me to live my dream of playing in the NHL
