Olympic legend strikes twice on his first start in professional football

Jamaican sprint king Usain Bolt scored two goals on his first start for Australian side Central Coast Mariners and celebrated in customary fashion.

The 32-year-old, an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, is bidding to forge a career in professional football and is on trial with the A-League outfit.

In his second trial match for the Mariners Bolt’s brace has boosted his chances of becoming a pro footballer, says The Guardian. His second-half double against Macarthur South West United helped the Mariners secure a 4-0 victory in the friendly clash.
