The Hills: New Beginnings is getting set for, well… a new beginning.
A new report has confirmed that the reality show is set to become one of the first programs to resume filming, as it aims to soon ramp up production once again after taking time off due to the coronavirus.
But things won’t exactly look the same when Spencer Pratt and company return to your living rooms.
An insider has told Page Six that filming will start again in late July or early August.
It will attempt to do so under the safest conditions possible.
“Production is working with health officials in Los Angeles County to assure a healthy filming situation,” the insider told this outlet, adding;
“They will be doing some self-shooting but mostly back to filming with the new health regulations in place for filming.”
The program’s look won’t be all that’s different, however.
While Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag, Pratt, Justin Bobby, Frankie Delgado, Whitney Port, Brandon Thomas Lee, Jason Wahler and Kaitlynn Carter are all returning to the MTV series, two Season 1 regulars are on the outs:
Neither Mischa Barton nor Stephanie Pratt will not be a part of Season 2.

Caroline D’Amore, who the ex-The OC star previously trashed as “too boring.“
Actually, she said a lot more than this after the casting switcheroo was announced.
“As if anyone would watch @carolinedamore try to hoc her boring ass pasta bowls and greasy pizza on tv,” Barton scoffed in March.
“Tried that. It was like watching paint dry.”
Pratt, meanwhile, made it clear when this Hills revival was renewed for Season 2 that she would not be part of the cast.
