It’s only been a few months since both were released from the pokey — or more accurately, home confinement — but Mossimo Giannulli and Lori Loughlin are wasting no time in returning to the sort of lifestyle that only the most elite of society’s members can enjoy. Last summer, the couple spilled out $9.5 million for their main residence, a modern farmhouse in Hidden Hills, and now records reveal they’ve dropped an additional $13 million to buy a family vacation mansion in Palm Desert.

Aunt Becky’s new desert digs are located within the Madison Club, a guard-gated La Quinta golf community known for its Tom Fazio-designed course, snazzy homes and impressive roster of celebrity residents. Some of the other extravagant homes in the Madison Club are owned by the likes of Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Nike’s Phil Knight, music mogul Lucian Grainge, Cindy Crawford and Scooter Braun.

The sellers of this particular house were Seattle-based married couple Michael and Alexis Rowell, he the cofounder of insurtech startup Assurance, which was acquired in 2019 for upwards of $2.3 billion. The Rowells made a proverbial killing on the deal, having bought the house all-new in late ’19 for “just” $9.5 million. Since then, COVID happened and desert home values have soared, and the Rowells walked with a $3.5 million profit — before taxes, realtor commissions, any renovations and other closing costs, of course.

Since the deal happened off-market and the home was never publicly offered for sale, some of the property’s inner details remain a mystery. But tax records show the house was spec-built and has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths in 9,300 square feet of living space, all of it on a single level.
